We are an independent intermediary and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the HSE, the General Register Office (GRO), the Department of Foreign Affairs, or any branch of the Irish Government. We do not issue official certificates or passports ourselves.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents needed to process your request. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information provided by you.
Our fees consist of an official government fee (set by the relevant Irish authority), our own service fee, and, where applicable, a shipping fee. Current fees are published on our Fees & Processing Times page and on the relevant service pages. Payment is required before we submit your request unless otherwise agreed.
The decision to issue any certificate or passport rests solely with the relevant Irish government authority. While we take care to prepare accurate and complete requests, we cannot guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or that the outcome will meet your expectations.
Processing and delivery times referenced on this website are estimates based on publicly available information from the relevant Irish authorities and are not guaranteed by us. Delays caused by postal services, government processing or incomplete information are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOV PAPERS SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including delays, rejections, or changes in government fees or requirements. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount of our service fee paid for that specific request.
